While searching for homes to restore, I discovered a property with a house beyond saving — but the land itself told a different story. Nestled within walking distance of a small southern city of roughly 2,000 residents, the site offered real potential. After running a full cost analysis for demolition, asbestos removal, and a complete rebuild, I created a new home plan with two distinct variants. The first is finished; the second is underway.
