And Jonathan? He was the kid sketching houses before he could spell his own name, the six‑year‑old grinning behind the controls of a skid‑steer, the teenager who knew exactly what he wanted to do but didn't yet dare to step out on his own.

We prepare land, clear it, fix it, and shape it — because building a home starts long before the foundation is poured. And truth be told, Jonathan still loves climbing into a machine and helping a neighbor get their land ready for what comes next.
